The house is entered via a large flower, herbs and shrub filled terrace with places to relax and is the main exterior eating and gathering place. This is partly covered but also has vines to provide full shade in the summer. Here there is also a barbeque area with easy access to the kitchen and facilities.

The front door is off this terrace into the central part of the house, which is open plan, including a sitting room with comfortable seating and a wood burner; an area with cooking facilities and a small veg preparation sink, thus cooking can be a communal activity; and a large separate dining room. The rest of the kitchen facilities are immediately off this area with further large room for food preparation and storage, as well as the washing up sink, a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Off the central open plan area is a study/fourth bedroom. This room has a full-size single day bed with a further trundle bed and thus can sleep another two people comfortably, or can be used as an ‘office’ for visitors who still have to maintain their business contacts!

There is also a downstairs shower room and toilet, log storage and general changing area, and a door that leads out to the rear terrace and swimming pool [8 x 4 metres with steps and a shallow end for children]. The pool is set in lawn and surrounded by shrubbery and roses, and is completely private, with copious sun beds/loungers for your choice of shade or sun. The pool and lawn is fenced off and accessed through a gate, thus easy to supervise small children.
Upstairs
Upstairs are three double bedrooms – one with double bed and two with single beds. The Alicia bedroom has direct access to an ensuite private bathroom with toilet [although this can also be shared with the rest of the rooms if required, through a door from the landing] and there is also a separate shower room with toilet on this floor.
The Ágata bedroom is our twin bedroom, whilst the Arabella bedroom can be configured as a double or twin, depending on your requirements.
There is central heating for winter lets and ceiling fans in each bedroom for the warm summer nights.

Dependent on the time of the year there are grapes, figs, plums and quinces growing around the house and these can be enjoyed by the visitors.
